1. Don’t be afraid of change : Don’t feel stuck in
a place, you might not be able to make a drastic
change but at least you are moving forward and
one way or the other you are bettering yourself
2. Don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill :
Don’ think the worse of any situation; take the
mole hill as it is and work through it. See things
in the positive only, don’t let your thoughts spin
out of control and escalate the tiny problem at
hand.
3. Find a healthy way to view your troubles in a
positive way: Something’s happen to prevent
other things from happening. Look at the best
that come from that situation. Think; this is
happening, what can I learn from this and how
can I deal with it.
4. Focus on small steps you can take: Don’t
follow the crowd, find what works for you and
work that. Ask yourself this everyday “What is
one small step I can take today that will make a
big difference in my future?”
5. Reduce your worries : Worrying doesn’t change
anything; no one has ever worried a situation to
change. Focus on what you want and focus less
on what you don’t want.
