Twist of Fate-Woman killed while trying to drag suicidal boyfriend from road

In a sad twist of fate, a woman died after being hit by a car as she tried to drag her suicidal boyfriend from the middle of the road..The tragic accident was witnessed by horrified onlookers in Houston, Texas.
According to UK Mirror, they said the man, who has been drinking at a nearby bar, was lying in the road in the early hours of the morning.
As she tried to pull him to safety, the woman was struck by an oncoming vehicle and killed.Her partner, walked away uninjured.
"The woman was trying to physically move him from the traffic lanes when she was hit by an oncoming car," said the sheriff's office in a statement.The boyfriend was taken into custody to undergo psychiatric tests.The driver of the vehicle which struck the woman was not drinking and is facing no charges, the office said.
