Akwa Ibom New Governor Set To Sell State’s Private Jet

Akwa Ibom  State governor, Udom Emmanuel is considering auctioning the private jet bought the immediate past administration of Godswill Akpabio, Vanguard reports.
The governor who prefers to travel with chartered helicopters, is said to be concerned about the cost implication of servicing and maintaining the jet.
An Akwa Ibom State Government House source said that the governor was shopping for buyers of the jet to relieve him of the burden of fueling and maintaining it.
